1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Rachelle In Theory website, purchasing PaperOS, or booking a Coaching Session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in PaperOS and our coaching materials — including but not limited to videos, Notion templates, PDFs, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Rachelle In Theory and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Single-User License: Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
No Redistribution: You may not resell, share, redistribute, or reproduce any part of PaperOS or the templates provided. You may not host these files on shared drives or use them to create a competing product.
3. User Accounts & Conduct
To access PaperOS, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login info.
No Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to “scrape” or harvest data from our platform.
4. Professional Disclaimer
The information provided in PaperOS and during 1-on-1 coaching sessions is for educational and informational purposes only.
No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-value systems, Rachelle In Theory does not guarantee specific results, productivity levels, or financial outcomes. Your success depends on your own implementation and effort.
Not Professional Advice: Rachelle In Theory is not a licensed therapist, financial advisor, or legal professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health or legal services.
5. Payments & Cancellations
All pricing is in USD. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Our Refund & Dispute Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rachelle In Theory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our products or services, without notice, if we determine (at our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of this location.
