“I hadn’t realized I had so many things in my system until I listened to Rachelle speak about PaperOS. From the amount of tools I was using to capture that never lead anywhere to not using a Thinking Book, this workshop has given me a lot to think about and I am excited to set things up for next year and fully commit to it.

PaperOS is exactly what I needed to get clarity and move out of overwhelm. I actually postponed buying a new year planner/calendar until going through PaperOS and seeing what was truly working for me and what wasn’t. I feel empowered! I am on the path to building a system that flows and to more peace of mind. Loved the live overview and Q&A. Thank you, Thank you.”

“This workshop gave so much clarity to me about how to create a purposeful planner system moving forward. It has given me a structure to work with and a way to analyse what I am already using so that I can refine my system to be more purposeful. I now feel like I have direction, focus and a better understanding of why and what I am planning for.”

“It was really helpful, great to dig into how to capture, think, plan and schedule. I have not made progress on my own, I have read many books on productivity and thinking, but not made much headway. The training from Rachelle was great, the contributions from others in the chat was super helpful.”

“I’m really glad I joined the workshop. Spending time reflecting on what I’m currently doing instead of agonizing over all the ideas I never follow up on was a productive way to start making progress. “Thinking about thinking” was itself very valuable. I’m constantly going back to Rachelle’s content as my life changes and her videos become relevant.

In one sitting, you’ll learn how to…

End Planning Paralysis

Stop feeling overwhelmed by the endless options for planners, apps, and tools. You will learn how to quickly audit your existing system to pinpoint what’s actually supporting you versus what’s just clutter. The result is immediate clarity, allowing you to stop chasing the “perfect” planner — which doesn’t exist!

Master the 4-Level Thought Lifecycle

PaperOS follows the lifecycle of an idea, starting with spontaneous thought and ending with decisive execution. The four levels ensure that every thought that lands on paper is fully fleshed-out and translated into action.

Unify your workflow with The System Card

This simple, portable tool is the bite-sized blueprint for your entire system — giving your brain one clear, repeatable routine that puts the entire process on autopilot.

Here’s the truth…

PaperOS Is Perfect For You If: 👍

  • You believe in the cognitive benefits of handwriting but need a clear framework to actually start putting pen to paper.

  • You constantly feel that low hum of anxiety because you can’t remember where you wrote something down — causing you to miss critical tasks or lose sight of your priorities.

  • You have a graveyard of beautiful notebooks because inconsistency always make you start over.

  • You're a system-hopper who is tired of juggling multiple multiple apps, planners, and schedules and crave one, unified workflow.

  • You are a recovering perfectionist ready to move past analysis paralysis and get things done, without needing a single perfect page.

PaperOS Is Not For You If: 👎

  • You’re interested in a system that puts digital tools first.

  • You are looking for quick, short-term “productivity hacks” instead of building a foundational, durable system.

  • You need elaborate systems and are not interested in decluttered simplicity or streamlined tools.

  • You are not willing to dedicate 30 minutes per week to performing your simple maintenance rituals.

Still not sure? PaperOS is also totally risk free.

If you’re not sure if PaperOS is right for you, no problem. Honestly, I just want you to be happy. That’s why I’m including a money-back guarantee.

Try the entire PaperOS framework for a full two weeks. If the system doesn't deliver the clarity, simplicity, and focus you were looking for, just shoot me an email within 14 days of purchase. I'll send your money back. There’s no risk in trying, but a ton of risk in staying the same.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Sure! Digital tools matter for speed, team collaboration, and accessibility — which is why the workshop includes guidance about when and where to use them. That said, PaperOS is built with paper thinking in mind, so if you want to get the most out of it, I’d recommend putting your system on paper.

  • The Pen-to-Paper Pathway describes the relationship between handwriting and the brain — when we put pen to paper, we activate our motor functions, memory, and more in ways typing cannot replicate. PaperOS is the only productivity system built from the ground up to access the cognitive benefits of thinking on paper.

  • This is a go-at-your-own-pace workshop packed with information and activities. Depending on the complexity of your current setup, I’d suggest blocking out at least two hours to complete the full thing.

  • The workshop is pre-recorded so that you can go at your own pace. There’s also a recording of a live Q&A, where I talked through students’ specific systems and answered any questions.

You get lifetime access to both the pre-recorded workshop AND the recording of the live, all through the course platform.

  • Nope. To complete the workshop, you just need a piece of paper, a pen, and an index card. Otherwise, your PaperOS can be built with the tools you have right at home. If you do want to buy a new notebook for this, my Notebook Buyer’s Guide is included.

  • The live session will be on Sunday, December 7th at 11 am PST. If you aren’t able to attend live, you’ll be able to access the full recording directly from the course materials as soon as it’s over.

  • This is a foundational system built around turning your thoughts into action — but it’s not exhaustive of all of the things you could possibly do on paper. So things like a memory keeper are best kept separate. But anything that you want to think about and then act on is welcome in PaperOS.

It’s time to get serious about thinking on paper.
